Villinä Keräilyyn is a journey close to our hearts, where we combine our individual strengths, professional expertise, and shared passion to create something truly meaningful.

Linda's love for nature was sparked during childhood mushroom foraging trips and remains a powerful force in her daily life today. She has extensive experience in gathering and using wild food, gained through both years of practice and formal studies. With a Master's degree in Social Services, strengthening the wellbeing of individuals and communities is her true calling. Her long career in teaching and group facilitation provides a solid foundation for guiding and encouraging others to confidently step into the world of wild food. 

Linda also has specialized expertise in working with children and families, ensuring an engaging and safe approach that makes discovering nature a memorable experience for all ages.


Jukka's relationship with food and the outdoors began in the backyards of his childhood. In a small village, the forest started right at the back door, offering an endless playground and a landscape for discovery. His passion for cooking was ignited in the heart of the home: watching and helping his father and grandmother in the kitchen, and joining the family on foraging trips.

While nature has always been a constant presence, the true spark for wild herbs was lit through his work. While working at Restaurant Lonna in the Helsinki archipelago, Jukka realized the immense potential of the local environment. He saw firsthand how versatile wild plants can be and how many incredible ingredients are waiting right beneath our feet.

With over ten years of experience in Helsinki's diverse restaurant scene, Jukka now works as a Private Chef. His goal is to strip away the unnecessary stiffness often associated with cooking. He wants to inspire people to try new things and trust their own palate. To Jukka, recipes are merely rough guides—what matters most is the joy of doing, a sense of adventure, and making food that feels like your own.
